“Having had my twin girls around 5 months prior to finding Elyscia, I was really struggling. Not having much family around, I was really looking for someone who could support me and guide me. When I met her, I knew instantly that she would be just that person. 

Elyscia was amazing on every level. She was calm but confident, and she guided me wherever I needed it on that particular day. From helping with naps, to starting solids, to leaving the house, finding new things to do with the babies, to gaining overall confidence in myself as a mum. 

I gained a lot from Elyscia’s input but empowerment was a big one - Elyscia really made me feel like I was doing an amazing job, and she made it her job to enhance my skills and give me some ideas and suggestions. She played a huge part in helping me become a confident  and happy mum to our girls. 

Not only was I a happier and more confident mum, I became a mum that wasn’t afraid to leave the house, a mum that was prepared to try new things, and a mum that felt confident in her decisions. My girls adored Elyscia and still do to this day, every time they see her, their little faces beam. 

Through working with Elyscia, I got back to the gym on a regular basis, I was able to get out and socialise again (with and without the babies) and by the time Elyscia had finished with us, I felt like a new woman. No longer was I doubting myself in my decisions; I felt rested, relaxed and confident.
